As of Friday Mayla is officially 5 months old!
She now rolls over, scoots herself on the ground by swinging her legs, grabs everything in sight to put it in her mouth and her favorite toy is currently a water bottle.
Best of all she giggles and giggles and giggles--it is our favorite!
We introduced rice cereal for the very first time today.
She loved it!
We still have some getting used to eating with a spoon, perhaps in the next few days we will get more than 1/3 of the cereal in the mouth :)
It was a successful first try despite the blow-out diaper that resulted in an impromptu bath in between feeding... yes we had a busy morning! Look at those cheeks! "Feed me more Mommy!"

I love her cheeks!! Seems like she really enjoyed the rice cereal.
You can just tell from her photos she is so sweet!
